How can On Your Way help my credit union recruit more young adult members?

On Your Way has many components designed to encourage your existing young adult members to refer their friends and peers to the credit union, thus helping you grow this segment of your membership. In addition, we highly recommend sending special On Your Way direct mail campaigns to your entire membership base on a periodic basis. This is likely the quickest and most efficient way to grow your young adult membership since there are bound to be many members who have children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, friends' children, etc., who are not yet members of your credit union but who are eligible for membership. You may also purchase new member recruitment campaigns to be mailed to young adults in zip codes you specify. For more information, please give us a call.

How often is the On Your Way site updated?

We constantly seek and create new content for the site, so it is updated frequently. At a minimum, new content will be added twice weekly, but often updates will occur several times during the week. Our goal is to keep the content fresh and interesting, so we update content as often as possible.

Where do you get the content for the site?

We have a talented group of young adult staff members who supply much of our content. Additionally, we seek high-quality videos and feature articles from freelancers between the ages of 18-33. To encourage submissions, we pay for content published on the site and hold quarterly contests for submitted content. We also encourage On Your Way members to submit articles and videos for publication by awarding them extra chances to win prizes each week if their work is published on the site.

What kind of technical knowledge do I need to create or update my On Your Way site?

None whatsoever. Set-up of your co-branded On Your Way website is done using a simple, step-by-step wizard that requires no technical expertise other than the ability to upload your logo. If you can attach a file to an email message, you have all the skills necessary to set up the program upon sign-up.

What happens if we choose an annual subscription but then have to unsubscribe before the term is up?

If for any reason you find it necessary to discontinue your On Your Way program, you can unsubscribe from the program with only 30 days written notice. In you have paid for annual subscription but find it necessary to unsubscribe before the term of your subscription is up, we will prorate your subscription using the regular monthly rate and refund the difference. For example, if your credit union had paid $990 for annual subscription but found it necessary to unsubscribe after 6 months, we would multiply the number of months used times the monthly rate (6 x $99 = $594), deduct this amount from the amount paid ($990), and refund the difference of $396 ($990 - $594 = $396).

Will I be able to target specific On Your Way members?

Of course. You will be able to generate appealing, co-branded emails to send to any or all of your members. This opens the door to a myriad of cross-selling opportunities.

Does the credit union have to pay for the prize if one of its members wins?

No, we pay all expenses associated with the prize drawings and referral awards.

How can I be sure information stored on the On Your Way web servers is secure?

First of all, we meet or exceed all criteria for full PCI compliance. Second, we do not store any sensitive information other than a member's name and email address on our servers. To register for the On Your Way website, your members only need tell us their name and email address (so that they may be contacted should they win a prize) and pick a username and password to access the site. This is the only private information we store on our servers, and we take every precaution to keep this information safe.
